Hi there! I'm Najah Drakes, a former corporate executive who spent 20 years leading strategic analysis for multi-million dollar companies by helping them increase their profits, troubleshoot their problems, and analyze scores of data to determine how to leap from their current situation to the ambitious goals they set. I helped them develop a bridge from where they were to where they wanted to be. After 2 decades of helping mostly rich men get richer, I shifted gears to use my skills to help women get richer mentally, physically, spiritually, and if they desire financially. I help women develop the bridge from where they are to where they dream to be.
I help make sense of the seemingly abstract and bring clarity where uncertainty exists. I'm also a mom of 5, serial entrepreneur, author, speaker, online show host, and a graduate of Spelman College & Johns Hopkins University.

When I Started...
I have three words to describe how I felt when I started - overwhelmed, stuck, and perplexed. I don't think I was focusing on the deeper part of me and those things that were the most important. I was always taking care of everyone else.
After the Course...
From taking the course, I generally feel better & have more clarity. Through the process of evaluating every week, I was able to identify some roadblocks getting in the way of things I really wanted to get done. Since taking the course, I feel like things are really falling into place. The course has definitely changed my life.
I've gained consistency with my working out, water intake, and have lost 9 pounds since starting and implementing the processes after the course. I had gone years without getting good sleep. On average I was only getting 4.5 hours of sleep per night. I learned how to prioritize rest, and it's a complete 360-degree turnaround. I get more than 6 hours of sleep most nights. I never thought this was possible.
When I Started...
I struggled with setting boundaries, saying no, and putting myself first, exercising, eating right, drinking that water, and procrastinating on things I knew I needed to do.
After the Course...
From taking the course for four weeks, I built this inner accountability system. I had a different mindset. I prioritize. I'm motivated. I regularly assess my roadblocks. I loved learning the whole eating the elephant in bite sizes because I had this tendency -- I want to accomplish all these things and then feel defeated when I'm not accomplishing like maybe the third thing.
I stopped putting off so many things. I gave myself permission to make my goals a priority and not just work goals, all types of goals. The proof in a nutshell is my house is on the market. I finally got a good doctor's report after learning how to prioritize my health. I learned to make the changes to prioritize what's truly important to me. And, even more progress is coming!
